Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) will pay a premium of approximately $9.3 billion to acquire NetSuite (NYSE: N). Shares of Oracle added 26 cents to close at $41.19 while NetSuite stock surged $16.81 to close at $108.38.
