Conference championships on Mondo surfaces abound this weekend

Eight championships are NCAA Division I conference title meets
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - Feb. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Once again, Mondo will be the track for numerous athletes nationwide who will be vying for bragging rights in NCAA Division I conference title meets, as well as participating in other indoor track and field competitions, this weekend.

Last weekend, a new world record in the men's 60m (watch video here), and a new American record and a new world's best in the women's 60m hurdlers, were set on the Mondo track during the USATF Indoor Championships.

Some of the championships in NCAA Division I conferences taking place on the track by the global leader in the track and field and indoor sport markets include:

—Mountain West Indoor Track & Field Championships, Feb. 22- 24, Albuquerque Convention Center, New Mexico

—WAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, Feb. 22-24, Ford Idaho Center, Nampa

—Big East Indoor Track & Field Championships, Feb. 23-24, Ocean Breeze Track and Field Athletic Complex, New York

—Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships, Feb.23-24, Lied Recreation Center, Iowa State University, Ames

—SEC Indoor Championships, Feb.24-25, Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium at the McFerrin Athletic Center, Texas A&M University, College Station
