McClure, GenX Capital Partners Close $8.9MM for Comfort Suites Acquisition

Miami-based GenX Capital Partners (www.GenXCP.com) announced today they closed on $8.925MM in bridge financing for their clients' $13.225MM acquisition of the award-winning, 198-room Comfort Suites Hotel Maingate, located only a few miles from Disney in Kissimmee, FL. GenX Capital's Managing Director, Mark McClure, structured the financing through a major New York REIT, closing the transaction in under 45 days.
